My friend, Erika, took this fab photo in Candler Park near the yummy Gato Bizco – on an electric box.   Loved it!

Now, this billboard below freaks me out completely.  I had a hard time getting a good picture the other day since I was driving while taking it (not a good idea…)  I finally Googled it and what do you know- it is art! and these guys on the billboards are real soldiers who were photographed while home from Iraq or Afghanistan.   This Soldier Billboard is on Marietta Ave before Northside heading toward the Westside.  I have to say it is a powerful photo and one that really makes me want to wreck my car when passing it.  This soldier’s name is Bruno and he has been in Iraq 355 friggin days.

Just In Time For Holiday Weight Gain…

In case you would like to gain even more weight and decide you are done with the turkey and dressing this holiday, you can head on over to [tag]Ms. Annie Price’s Burger “Shack”[/tag] at 1615 Memorial Drive.  If you go, you must get the world famous (seriously folks-it is world famous) [tag]Ghetto Burger[/tag] – but be prepared to have two or three friends help you eat it.

Tell Me It Ain’t So…

I still can’t believe that this sign is real, but indeed one of my very best friends sent it to me and I believe his brother-in-law actually took the picture.  This Burger King is NOT in Atlanta, but who can resist such a thing?  It was taken in good ole Camden, SC.  God help them.

Gingerbread Trailer Park Contest

Who would not want to create a gingerbread trailer for the holidays?  I mean, the winner receives $100 and that gets you loads of PBR.  So, on December 20th at 8pm, the famous [tag]Euclid Avenue Yacht Club will hold its 2nd Annual Gingerbread Trailer Park Competition[/tag].  There are “20 lots” for rent at $5.00 each and you can lease those now I believe.  Trailers must be made from 90% edible materials and you don’t have to use gingerbread – but you can’t use any meat products! Oh, and the lots you lease “are the size of a case of cans.”  Love it.

Of course “electricity and beer will be available on site” and the trailers are judged on “creativity and Christmas-ness.”   I think this sounds fabulous and believe I shall attend.   Or if you are not able to attend that evening, the Gingerbread Trailer Park will be on exhibit until December 27th “or until it decays.”  Come on folks, go build yourself a trailer park and enjoy a beer while building!

*Not for real kids, just kids at heart.

Who Knew?

Thanks to Knox, I have learned about an all new sport coming to the big cities across the Unites States.  When things get tough in America, what do we do?  Do we help others in need?  Do we spend less?  Do we ponder the meaning of life? No – our salacious appetites crave for more more more!  Alas, on 9-04-09, the [tag]Lingerie Football League[/tag] will begin in the U.S. of A.  Yes, that is right, the “true fantasy football” begins next year…

After a bit of research on good ole Wikipedia (since the website shows lots of hot women but no substance) I found that there are 10 franchise teams and that games will be held on Friday nights.  The playoffs will of course be held during the NFL playoffs and the Lingerie Bowl will be the championship game.

And Atlanta has a team!  Yes, the [tag]Atlanta Steam[/tag] sluts, I mean, struts into town next year.  We will play the Miami Caliente (of course!) on October 9th.   I am betting this will be a sold out show – I mean game. I am not sure where we are playing yet, but I promise to update you next year.  Women in bras and panties wrestling for a ball on a field – every man’s fantasy…somehow I always knew football and lingerie went together.  It just makes so much sense…

We don’t know…I mean we lost a month’s worth of posts.  How horrid is that?  Stupid server people.  Stupid technology.

But, yeah we are back on-line – a little bruised and jilted from our few weeks off, but we will have outrageous posts soon.  We have been in the car a lot taking loads of pictures, so things are a coming!
