Local Pet Supply Store My Favorite

I love the Kirkwood Feed and Seed located on Hosea Williams Drive in Kirkwood. Joann, the owner, has opened her arms - and doors - to rescue groups, vaccination clinics, pet training events, and so much more. She offers lots of great treats, toys, collars, and organic and healthy food for cats and dogs. (Brutus loves the Chicken Soup for the Dog’s Soul selection of dry food.) You can bathe your dogs in the “Doggy Swimmin’ Holes” or let one of her groomers do it for you. Point being, it is a wonderful, local, friendly place to get all your pets’ needs. It is a tad more pricey than a big box pet shop, but hey, supporting locally owned shops in your neighborhood(s) is what it is all about. Go visit and enjoy running into one of the store’s resident cats, Fred and Ginger. (Pictured below is sweet Ginger.)
